Set in Sennen, you have easy access not only to the rugged north coast cliffs but also Sennen Cove beach by foot.

Ser Pren is furnished to a high standard with wood effect laminate floor in the lounge and hall and tile effect laminate in the kitchen/diner

The property has one double and one twin bedroom and sleeps a maximum of four people.

Living...

The lounge is comfortably furnished with a three piece suite, pine coffee table and TV cabinet with LCD Digital TV and DVD.

There is an oak dining suite for formal dining in the lounge area.

Fully furnished kitchen, including fridge freezer, dish washer and cooker/hob. Dining area with pine furniture and breakfast bar if just enjoying a snack. There is also a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.
 
Sleeping...

The main double bedroom has a large pine double bed with matching furniture.

The twin bedroom also has pine beds and matching furniture.

The family bathroom has integral shower.

All bed linen and bath towels and tea towels are included.

Outside...

There is a small garden area with picnic bench to the side and yard to the rear with clothes drying facilities. There is a small portable gas BBQ for outdoor use only.

Off road hard standing parking for 2 vehicles.

Outside wall mounted hose for washing down wetsuits, boots etc.
